Tinypass security?

What do I do? what is tinypass.com? Never saw it before and suddenly appearing in my security settings says passwords for some site are being compromised. What do I do?

Compromised Password Alert At first I thought the alert was phishing, but I looked it up and found it to be real. It was a website that I don't even remember I ever used, but when I looked it up in Safari preferences, sure enough it was in the list. But when I clicked to get into that website with the username and password that Safari automatically provided, the password did not work. I then asked to get a link to reset the password, but it never came after trying several times. So I'm thinking that the compromised password is, for some reason, wrong at this time, and I don't need to worry about it because I don't use that website. So I have two questions: (1) Did whoever compromised the password somehow make this happen and I need to change it anyway? (2) Is there a way to disassociate myself from this website altogether?

Unexpected website in Passwords app on iPhone Hi, I recently got the passwords app added to my iPhone after a recent update. When I went through the passwords there was a strange website on it (dating website) but I have never had an account for this and in the passwords it didn’t have a username or password. Anyone know why this would be. Could this be caused by clicking on this website when it popped up as an add on another website by mistake because I can’t think of any other reason why this would be here. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
