Batteries - Maximizing Performance - Apple

What's going on is physics. Rechargeable batteries lose capacity as you use them. There is no way to stop that and very little you can do to affect the rate at which the maximum capacity decreases. You should expect to see a loss of about 1% a month on average. There is also pretty much zero% reason to even look at the battery capacity unless 1) you're having a problem with your phone or 2) you're nearing the end of the warranty period. Apple considers the battery fit for use as long as it's over 80%.

When to charge your iPhone or iPad - Apple Community

Sorry about that. I get the part about physics. Appreciate that a lot. I am just a bit concerned coz I just switched from android to iphone and I am really not familiar how these phones work coz android phones don’t tell you that. Also, my phone easily drains and I happen to charge it twice a day. Any advise on how I can maximize battery life? Thanks.
