My phone is broke
It won’t let me go on any apps. It won’t let me text people. When I call or FaceTime people it’s a blue screen. The only way I can text or call is through Siri. And my phone won’t cut off or power off.

Try a forced restart.
• Press and quickly release the volume up button
• Press and quickly release the volume down button
• Press and hold the side button.
• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
