Phone App - Black Screen Unresponsive after 18.2 Update

Having similar issue with Phone app. I just received a new phone on warranty. Old phone had a bloated battery.

I am able to get to people I’m trying to call by going to text app and going into the contact’s info from there.

i did restore from backup.

No issues with texting so far.
