my phone is broken but still has warranty. would it be charged for repair in apple store?

That is user damage. That is not covered under warranty. You will be charged something. If you have AppleCare+, that could be replaced by one of your accidental damage claims for a deductible. If you do not have that, then you will have to pay the out of warranty replacement cost. See this link for costs in your location. iPhone Repair - Official Apple Support

If you just have a Limited Warranty (1-year Manufacturer Warranty) this does not cover accidental damages, such as yours. If you have AppleCare+ you will likely have a deductible to cover a replacement -- due to the damage on the housing, a screen replacement may not be an option. Further inspection would be required.
