Avoid Being Locked Out:

You need to wait it out. Do as it says and wait 6 days. If you attempt tis incorrectly too many times, then you may be locked out for good. Do, just let the phone site aside, and do not touch it for a week.

Do you have Physical access to the lost phone? And do you have an icloud backup?

Then restore it via iTunes/ a Mac Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from a backup - Apple Support
