I just got my watch. And it is stuck on activation lock from the old owner
I can’t get it off activation lock when i got it from my old owner.

Please refer to What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Apple Watch, or buy one from someone else. The previous owner must follow the specified steps. It is impossible to remove the Activation Lock without their cooperation the previous registered owner.
