1 iPhones and 1 ipad all reporting incorrect location

I am in my vehicle traveling on I-10 in North Florida - close to Tallahassee. My iPhone and my husbands iPhone (both 13Pros) and my iPad all think they are in San Antonio Tx. Map locations are correct but any app I use or any website that uses location i.e. Lowes - all think San Antonio. I have turned off location services and turned back on. This has been going on all day since we started on I-10 in Mississippi. Any suggestions?

You’re not using a VPN, are you?

Maps will use the GPS in the phone to determine the location, when mobile, location can be determined based on the IP addressed issued to the device and/or cell tower triangulation. If you’re using a VPN, the egress point to the Internet may not match where you are.
