Hello, I am having problems with my IPhone 13 pro. The problem is that it only charge with the USB Type C. If I use my old iPhone cable USB A it won’t charge or accept CarPlay. Can Someone help me. Thank you.

Might be a short or issue with your specific USB-A cable.
Have you tried a different USB-A cable?
Then it's possibly the port you are using in the car. Unless you are using an adapter for the USB-C cable and are connecting it to the same port.
Yes, used iPhone XR and the one that came with the AirPods but nothing.
