The China one has two slots because eSIMs are not supported by the Chinese authorities. They also use different cellular frequency bands, so may have issues working outside of China.

yes, You are right, I bought it in Califonia US, and there is only one card, So that is it? unless we bought in HK or mainland china, they will be model with Dual SIM card device in stores
