can't get past the Authenticate User screen

We'll need more information to see how we can help with setting up your new iPhone. What exactly are you seeing on the screen when you get to this step? Is this to authenticate your wireless network carrier or is this related to entering your Apple ID? Are you seeing any error messages?


Is your iPhone connected to a reliable Wi-Fi network with good signal strength?
