MacBook Pro popup message

I all of a sudden get this message pop up on MacBook pro stating that my apple id and phone number are being used for iMessage on a new iphone. Why did I get this message and now I feel somebody has invaded my apple id? Keep in mind, I don't use imessage on my MACbook. I don't have bluetooth on and everything else is pretty secured. Now what?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3
