Thank you for the photo.

Troubleshooting iPhone Updates:

A. Install a Cellular Update:

It might be prompting you for a cellular update to install. So, go here for that. Update your carrier settings manually on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

B. Install and iOS Update

After you've worked through the details supplied by The Littles;

you may (or if not) find some success, by selectively choosing to:

• Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

//support.apple.com/guide/iphone/force-restart-iphone-iph8903c3ee6/ios

Notice "force restart iphone" further down the page, & see 'blue text/links.'

Other ideas are introduced. [You have have already tried them.] Try again.

In the image you provided, the iPhone may be able to restart from prompt

through Force Restart iPhone; or another method described within articles.

"If iPhone isn’t responding, and you can’t turn it off then on, try forcing it to restart."

"Note: The steps to force restart iPhone depend on the model. To learn what

model you have, see the Apple Support article Identify your iPhone model."

"If iPhone doesn’t restart after you try these steps, see the Apple Support article

If your iPhone won’t turn on or is frozen. Or if your iPhone isn’t working as ex-

pected after you restart it, see the iPhone Support website."

Then this page suggests how to Identify (as does the linked page, mentioned)

and use Force Restart, iPhone with Face ID.. and so on. Follow these closely..

And if you need to do more than The Little's suggest, try these; then Contact

Apple support direct from Apple's link(s) ie: [Get Support] link; upper header.

(These main support page have tabs or page>forward links to articles, in footer.)
