Unpaired Apple Watch with blinking logo

Hi All. After a long holiday I charged my watch but it wouldn’t turn on - just a flashing logo. After trying to hard reset and letting the battery drain and recharge I had the same issue. When I went to reset it from my phone i accidentally unpaired it instead. Now it’s just flashing and I can’t use my phone to help fix the issue. Any advice on how to resolve this? Any help will be appreciated!
