Data/apps transfer to New iPad

I was transferring data and apps from my old iPad to my new iPad Pro. I left and when I returned several of the apps were in a ‘waiting’ stage. It has remained that way for several days. What can I do to either restart the transfer process, or start the ‘waiting’ apps to finish the process?

Some of the apps in waiting are, You tube, movies anywhere, The Weather Channel, etc.

Having transferred your data and settings to your new iPad, in rare circumstances the download and installation of associated Apps can appear to stall.


Try a long-touch (i.e., touch and hold) of any App that appears to be stuck; next select Prioritise Download. This will usually kick-start and complete the App installation process.
