Hi,
The Canon MG5320 is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a model supporting the driverless AirPrint technology. An AirPrint model is compatible with macOS (Monterey). This means that it can be used without having to install additional drivers, provided that the printer and the Mac computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router).
See also the following guide from Canon Europe (for similar models, such as the MG5350).

That is, you need to connect the printer to a Wi-Fi router. Do not use a USB connection. Remove existing drivers. Do not install new drivers.
If necessary, reset the printing system and re-add the printer (using AirPrint).

Printing from an iPhone or iPad on the same network would be possible as well (without an extra app).

You may have to check that the printer has the latest firmware.
If there is a problem with AirPrint, and if all settings are OK, you may want to try the following procedure (in the exact order):
Power off the Wi-Fi router, the printer, the Mac computer, and all other devices/computers. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the router. Wait two to three minutes. Power on the printer. Wait a minute or two. Power on the Mac computer.. Finally, power on all other devices/computers.
