I have selected about 10 -15 Apps on my iPhone to backup , like reminders, notes , file manager , document and etc. ,but when I login to my iCloud account , I see apps like note and reminders, but do not see others like documents and file manager. Why is that??

What you see when you log into iCloud.com is not related to iCloud Backup. The data you can view at iCloud.com is synced with iCloud via the options at Settings > [username] > iCloud > (Photos, Contacts, iCloud Drive, Notes, Calendars, etc).
You cannot view the contents of an iCloud Backup at iCloud.com or elsewhere. You can only use the Backup to restore a device or setup a new device.
