AppleTV on smart tv missing tons of content
Why do I have more access on my Apple TV phone app than the Apple TV app on LG TV? For example- my HBO Now will link to my account on my phone- but not my TV app. Is this fixable?

Separate content provider apps can ‘connect’ to the Apple TV app, but only on Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Apple TV box), as that link is done through the device OS. Sandboxed apps can’t interact with each other, unless facilitated through the OS.
That functionality is not available for the Apple TV app on LG’s platform.
