when I connect my mac to docking station monitors are frozing but headphones,keyboard and mouse are working fine. How to solve this issue

We would recommend testing the displays without the dock and connecting straight to the MacBook Pro and see if this issue remains via the steps here: Connect a display to your Mac. If the displays work as intended and if this issue is isolated to the docking station, you will want to reach out to their support as this will determine your Apple product is working as intended.
