Full Mailbox
I am getting the message Your mailbox is almost full in Microsoft Outlook 2007. How do I empty my mailbox ? I have deleted most messages in my inbox and all messages in my deleted folder.

I have found that this can occur when the provider's web site has email boxes that become full, such as junk mail. etc. I suggest checking the various available email boxes on the web site. When you empty them the problem goes away.
