keyboard shortcuts

I accidentally deactivated my keyboard shortcuts and i don't know how to reactivate them. It happened when I was on screenshot mode, I tried to get out of it and pressed on the top bar. It didn't screen shot, it just turned all shortcuts off. Thank you!

Keyboard Shortcuts disappear I have a set of App-specific keyboard shortcuts I’ve been using regularly for years. In the last few days they’ve suddenly stopped. If I then check at Keyboard/Keyboard Shortcuts at the System Settings, they’ve all gone! I reset a few of the absolutely essential ones, and a bit later they’ve gone again. Anyone know what might be causing this?

System Preferences > Keyboard > Shortcuts tab.
