How do I get this message off my phone
I had a new screen put on at iPhone Todd where I always go. Now I have a notice of the part not being from a iPhone repair shop with their parts. How do I remove this from message center

You don’t. That’s what happens when you have the display replaced by an unauthorized shop.
Apple does not sell iPhone parts. The shop you used does not have legitimate access to Apple parts or the tools needed to properly authenticate them to the device.
