MacBook Air 2020 very slow/unresponsive

Hi, I have a MacBook Air from 2020 with an Intel i7 quad-core. However, it has been processing really really slowly right now, and this has been a big problem since whenever I open an app, the computer would be unresponsive for half a minute. And when I use a painter app and draw, the computer would be completely unresponsive. I've done an EtreCheck Report which is being added below this question. Does anyone know what is happening? 🙏
