Notifications
I don’t receive any notifications or alarms when my phone is locked. How do I fix this?

Hey mackenziefromspartanburg,
Try checking the notification settings if you haven't already, making sure the notifications and alarms somehow has been disabled? This can be done per app, or for all notifications. Also, if you haven't already, set up a new alarm and test to see if it has sound. And try using different sounds.
Apple just release iOS 15.6 if you haven't updated already.
This should help with getting the settings for your notifications and alarm back.
