Screen Burn in Issue...

I have an iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2014) and for the past few years I've noticed that I am getting alot of burn in around the edges of the screen. For example, when I moved the files I had here below, they left this burn in behind. It last a few min and then disappears. I am pretty positive I never had this happen for the first 5 or more years of owning the iMac and wondering why it's happening now? I have the same thing happen for title bars or apps etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Apple refers to it as Image Persistences.

Most of the time it can be reduced by setting the display to sleep after 10 minutes and by moving windows around more often instead of in-gauging the screensaver.
