Show my caller ID not turning back on

Hi guys, I turned off show my caller ID a while back so I could call someone on a blocked number, however since then I have tried turning it back on but the loading wheel just keeps spinning and I am never able to turn it back on so I am stuck with a blocked number any time I call anyone. I have tried the obvious - turning my phone off and on, removing and re inserting my SIM card, resetting my settings (not factory resetting my phone yet). Is there any actual solutions for this? Because I have heard it is a common problem for iPhone users. Cheers!

For voice calls: In many countries this is enabled by your carrier only if you are a VIP.

Contact your carrier.

Is this your corporate iPhone? Then please contact the system administrator of your corporate
If it is your personal device, in that case, do you have any profile installed by your corporate/organisation/enterprise/School Management?
1. Erase the profile added by you If you have installed a profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...
2. Or please contact the system administrator of the organisation who provided the profile to you

Go to Settings > Mobile or Cellular Data and turn it off. You may have to turn off wifi too.

thanks for your response. This is a personal iPhone and I do not have any profiles installed to delete so I can not do this. Is there another way? Thanks.
