How do I turn it on? I’ve recently got the iphone13. Calling out, my number is private. I’ve gone to settings to change toggle. It won’t stop spinning. I have turned off and on, reset my network, turned mobile data and wifi off, used airplane mode. How do I fix, with stores not being open? There is no option for iphone13!

Caller ID is a carrier feature, maybe get a carrier update from your carrier?

Being a new iPhone and getting this occurrence, I suggest returning this, and swapping it out for another iPhone. So, how new is "new"? Note that 14 days is the time limit to return it.

Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :
Go to: Settings -> Phone -> Caller ID -> On.
I have done all of this and confirmed with carrier that outgoing caller ID is enabled. Toggle still spinning.
As per my previous message. Have stated what has been recommended. Going to settings > phone > caller ID is where I saw the toggle spinning and still is.
I have also called apple support and my carrier. Still not resolved. Just have to wait till apple stores open. Thank you for the suggestions though.
Also tried, it just brings up the power off option.
Follow the instructions in the link (in blue text) I've given you, you should keep on pressing the Side button till you see the logo
Thank you. It did force restart, I wasn’t holding long enough. Toggle is still spinning though.
Yea that’s common sense we clearly came here to complain because we’ve tried that and nothing shows up🤦🏾♂️
I have also called my carrier, mine shows enabled from there side. I have tried everything possible. Still waiting for stores open.
