Choose Utilities from the Finder's Go menu and open the Disk Utility.
If it's there and mounted, choose Computer from the Go menu or check the boxes for it in the Finder's preferences.
If it's there and unmounted, use the Mount or First Aid function.
If it's not there, it's either a network drive, not connected properly, or dead.
