Hearing Device Complication

I’m hard of hearing and I was able to control my hearing aids using my Apple Watch up until earlier this year when it stopped working. Under accessibility on the Apple Watch menu there is still a hearing device complication option. My question is: Is there a Apple Watch watch face that lets you use the hearing device complication? I have called customer service numerous times, went to the geniuses at my local Apple Store, and had it sent to Apple only for them to send it back as soon as they had notified me that they had received it. I appreciate any helpful feedback.
