wifi problem

we have sky wifi, but our iphone 11will change from sky to 4g for no apparent reason even though our other iphone will stay on sky.There must be a simple reason for this. any ideas ?

at times some wifi routers with older firmware can have issues with some devices if it was me then I would look into if there were upgrades for the routers firmware
