"Apple Plus"? What do you mean by "Apple Plus"?

Apple does not offer any service or subscription called Apple Plus?

Do you mean Apple One?

Or do you mean iCloud+?

Or do you mean something else?

Apple One will only automatically cancel your own storage subscription if its less or equal to the one offered with Apple One.

If your subscription offers more storage that the one with Apple One, it will keep it and add both storages together.

Do I get a free trial? And what does it include?

• Any services you haven’t already subscribed to are free for the first month of your Apple One subscription. After the free trial, the plan automatically renews as a monthly subscription. There’s no commitment and you can cancel at any time.

The trial doesn't apply to services you previously had. In addition, if your Apple One plan includes less than 2TB of storage, the iCloud+ subscription won't automatically cancel.

Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support

"Apple One includes a free 1-month trial for services that you don’t already have. After your free trial, services that you previously subscribed to are automatically included in Apple One. If you recently canceled a service, you might not be eligible for the free trial. Your plan automatically renews after the trial."

"If you already subscribe to Apple Music, Apple News+, Apple Arcade, or Apple TV+, you don't need to cancel those subscriptions. They will automatically be canceled when you're billed for Apple One."

If your standalone subscription is more that the one included with Apple One, it will not be automatically canceled, you would need to cancel it yourself manually if you no longer want to keep it.

If it is equal to or less than the one included with Apple One, then it will be automatically cancelled once the free trial ends and you should get a prorated refund at that point.
