Stuck in Switch Control

I followed the instruction to control my MacBook from my iPhone SE and have managed to get stuck in the set up accessibility process on my SE, to the extent that I can't even enter my passcode to login as all I get are blue rectangles around everything. I saw the recommendation to use SIRI but I cannot even turn it on. Can anyone help please.

Hey Mike17swr,

You should be able to tap on the screen to select the area, then tap again for your selection (double-tap). We also found the following from Use Switch Control to navigate your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Turn Switch Control on or off
"You can also triple-click the Home button or the Side button on certain models at any time to exit Switch Control."

There's additional information in that guide to help control this feature too. Let us know how it goes.

Take care!

Hi TammyW - thanks for your prompt response. By the time you replied, however, I had tried your suggestion along with other options I found on the internet. There must have been a short sort of delay in achieving such because it appeared that none of them resolved my problem - I was prevented from login to my phone at all! Anyway, I suddenly noticed that the phone was out of the switch control and functioning normally without knowing which remedy had achieved this. So I am now a happy bunny again!!

I have to admit getting into the mess in the first place by following as best I could the Apple Support module on using Switch Control to use my SE to control my MacBook. The module wasn't at all clear in certain stages and this was what led to my problems. So a 'negative' there for the Support module in my opinion.
