Options adjustments for individual tracks are not working in Music. How do I get the reduced volume level or any equalizer setting to register and remain set? I'm using latest MacBook Pro and newest operating system.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.4

If the changes you make don't stick when you check again via Song Info see Repair security permissions for iTunes for Mac - Apple Community. Otherwise you may find such settings are not respected when using AirPlay.
