Call Forwarding to another number-iPhone 11

Hello,

I've been having a lot of issues recently when I accidentally started forwarding my calls to another number. I've dialed all the star codes I can find online (e.g. *72, *73, *072, *073) with the number in question. I have also called Verizon and told them to turn this function off (which is visibly apparent from the My Verizon app), as well as changed my number completely. After all this, my calls are still being forwarded.

When I look in the Settings app, the call forwarding function appears in searches, but nothing comes up when that's tapped, nor when the menu itself is open. As of 10 minutes ago, I've the most recent iOS software update (15.6), and did a Settings reset this morning. Still nothing :(

Thoughts?
