Move purchased content among family sharing members
Can I move the movies I purchased to another person in my family sharing group? So, could I remove it from my library and put it into the organizer's library instead?

You cannot change ownership of an item but you can adjust library content on devices to meet whoever's needs. If you bought the item you can delete it from your library on any device (but Apple will keep a record that that is an item you purchased). If it is shareable the Organizer can download a copy to their device. They are dong this by looking at your list of purchases (unless they can't be shared or you have hidden them).
- Does not include purchases made by others under Family Sharing; those have to be checked from their accounts.
- Web: "To see charges from older purchases, you might need to look at your purchase history in Settings or the App Store."
- iOS device or computer: If you want to see purchases that you made more than 90 days prior, "tap Last 90 Days, then select a different date range."
