Unknown parts⚠️Camera replacement

My iPhone 12 fell off accidentally and luckily nothing broke or scratched, anyway, because it had a cover with a screen protector but unfortunately, the camera stopped working normally (it could take barely unrecognizable images with black lines on it but could scan QR codes in the daytime). So, I replaced a genuine camera that worked perfectly but my iPhone 12 still shows the annoying warning message of “Unknown parts⚠️“

How can I get rid of this message, folk????

The unknown part error is as important as the Check Engine light in your car.

This warning ⚠️ message discourages buyers from buying my iPhone 12😂😂😂
I wanna just upgrade to iPhone 13 and I won’t fix my camera when it’s damaged because of the warning ⚠️ Lol 😂

Part of the purpose of that error message is so that buyers aren't duped into buying something that doesn't have genuine Apple parts. Because there are unscrupulous people out there who wouldn't tell a buyer that the phone had been damaged and repaired by someone other than Apple just so they could get a higher price. I'm sure you're not one of those people, of course.

Haha 😂 I didn’t replace the new camera by myself, I went to the technician 🧑‍🔧 but he also looked confused and didn’t want to risk because the phone wasn’t damaged in anyway neither the camera. Either way, I just told him to replace a new genuine camera which happened to work perfectly but the message popped up when I left the place Lol 😂 and that was in China 🇨🇳 And I can’t afford another round trip because of the warning ⚠️ message. Anyway, my iPhone is working normally except for the warning ⚠️ message 🤷🏾‍♂️

I talked to them but they said the message ain’t important and neither does it affect the phone functions.

They are correct in that it doesn't affect how the phone functions. And, if you're honest with whoever you sell the phone to, there shouldn't be a problem there. However, it is true that you've had work done by someone other than Apple and therefore, you're going to end up with that warning. And yes, it may mean that you'll get less for the phone when you try to sell it.

If you trade it with Apple in an Apple Store, they will likely refuse the trade. If you do it by mail, it will probably be returned to you.

You have what is essentially a damaged product that was incorrectly repaired. If you really want sell it for full value, you should consider taking the shop that botched the repair to small claims court, since they are the ones who devalued your property.
