I meant like a local html file on my ipad just for coding stuff in schools .. like is there really no way to run it on any apple devices beside those bulky MacBooks? Do i really need to open them everytime for just running a local html file?

Modding HTML on an iPad:
Use the Pages app. From there, see if you can edit your document. As time flies, you'd have to save it as an HTML file. And, to do that, you'd like y have to use the Files app, making a copy of the file, and then modifying the copy's extension.

I've done so by coding it in Pages (which is not the most user-friendly for coding, granted), then exporting it as a *.txt to Files. From there, use this Shortcut (direct link) to change the file extension to *.html.
