Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Since noticing this, has your Apple Watch been restarted? Restarting can help resolve many different issue we may face with our devices. To restart your Apple Watch, press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider.Drag the Power Off slider.After your watch turns off, press and hold the side button again until you see the Apple logo to turn it back on.
Once on, test to see if this continues.

Also, be sure to update your apps. Updating the iOS app will also update the watchOS app. You can go to the App Store, tap on your profile in the top right, scroll down to the app updates and select to install them.
