Username and/or password not recognized

Why do I get an error message in my app stating “We do not recognize your username and/or password please try again.” It doesn’t work. It does however, work on my iPad with the exact same username and password!?

The app can become corrupted on one device but not another. Delete the app that is causing problems and then install it again.


The same thing happened to me with a security / camera app. Worked fine on the iPad but not on the iPhone.
