Am I able to contact someone via chat or email to request a refund on a subscription? How would I go about doing so?

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

Apple subscription refund denial issue As far as I can discern, if you accidentally sign up for an Apple subscription, for example while using your iPhone as a remote, and realizing the error you immediately cancel the subscription, Apple then conveniently does not allow you to request a refund. The method they use for this is that when you use the link, the page you go to will not show any subscription, and therefore you can not request a refund. After attempting to resolve this with the Golden Slacks credit card support team, I was forced pay $9.99 for the subscription I had erroneously signed up for, and then of course had to cancel the credit card in order to avoid this happening again. Apple is happy though because they got my money, and they know most people would never cancel a card over such a small theft. [Re-Titled by Moderator]

I was purchasing a Disney Hotstar subscription which was made through Apple services. I made the payment Via phone pe.
