I would like to know that if I purchased an iPhone in the Emirates Apple store, will I be able to access all features like FaceTime, iMessage, ApplePay etc. ? Because I will be using it in another country.
As I have information, some features have restrictions in U.A.E. Kindly help with this. Thanks

Depending on . . . . . , based on your example -> Apple Pay, is not supported in India.
Being able to use apps is more country specific than iPhone bound (not counting outdated iPhones).
Because I will be using it in another country.
You should inquire in that country whether you can use FaceTime & iMessage or other social media apps.
