How to completely turn off Beats Fit Pro earbuds and charging case.

I will be using the Beats Fit Pro earbuds occasionally. I do not want to store the earbuds or the charging case in an overcharged state (i.e., anything over 80%) for an extended period of time. How do you turn the earbuds and charging case completely off?
