How do I remove family shared apps

I originally set up family sharing under my Apple ID and shared a number of purchased apps with a family member who uses a different Apple ID. Now when those apps need updating or some other action they need to log in with my Apple ID to perform the update or action.

How do we determine which apps are attached to my Apple ID so we can remove them from their system and reinstall or repurchase them under their own Apple ID?

We mostly use the family sharing for iCloud.
