Change .odt file to a different.file on iPad and iPhone

I have emails that contain pdf with .odt.

file that I cannot open. Is there anyone that can help me?

That file is from LibreOffice. There is a free iOS app, Libre Office viewer Lite, that might be able to open it for you.
