Can you stop a scam subscription?

I need a refund for a scam subscription.

I have no way of contacting the AI organisation, Cyrus A. P, who’s name is on the web page to this scam subscription.

I subscribed to watch his videos in May last year (2021) and found the page I was directed to had no content. After doing a quick web search, I found he uploads videos to YouTube to be watched for free!

I accepted that I’d been scammed and tried to send messages to this Cyrus A P. using his YouTube account and The AI organisation website to ask him not to bill me in another 12 months but I had no reply to any of my messages. I looked in multiple places to see where I could unsubscribe but the website had nothing of the sort as an option. Many things have caused me to completely forget about the issue, including the idea that it was a once off scam and they wouldn’t bill me again…but I have recently found that I was billed over $200 again!… which I seriously can not afford! I am very unwell and have no work income!…and I have a child in my care, I’m over 50yo and live in remote country.

The emails were sent to me from Vimeo, so I’ve tried to contact them in regard to Cyrus A P. and his company ‘The AI Organisation’ but have had no success…no replies or acknowledgement of my emails.

I have tried to go through avenues on the website and I’m unable to get in touch with anyone.

my finances are so very bad…I’m struggling to put food on the table.

I tried contacting my bank but too, I’ve had no response as yet. I don’t think they can do anything…but I will try ringing them this week too.

I really need my money back…at the very least, I need them to stop taking money out. I’ve go absolutely no money to spare for this sort of thing…I’m struggling and need food and bills paid, not a subscription that has given me nothing from day one, last year, in May 2021.

Can you please help me?…please…?
