it’s simple, i wanted to subscribe to my Apple Music, after several failed attempts to add my payment method without it being declined, I got a new message “cannot verify” so I then thought to update Apple ID and we got here!!!! Please I dare anyone to tell what I haven’t done.

Even if I knew an alternate method to update your payment info, it’s useless because Apple appears to have locked you from doing so after several failed attempts. You’ll need to get in touch with someone at Apple Support at https://support.apple.com.
