Why doesn’t the Apple Watch 7 include a power adapter?
To try and cut down on electrical waste,most people will already have one of the below items;

Apple is unethical when they not only not include the power adapter needed to use the product and they don’t inform the consumer. Also the sales associates are not trained to inform the customer that the power adapter is not included. Why not print boldly on the package power adapter not included or charge more and include it?
I truly don’t believe it’s to cut down on electrical waste as they know you have to purchase one anyway. We have I phone 11 and iPads that all use lightning charge cords not usb-c so Apple understands it will require another power adapter purchase.
