turn on sms/call reporting

Where can I turn this on? it is set to "none"

That is only available if your carrier supports it or if you have a 3rd Party app. Read the information listed under that setting.

SMS/Call Reporting I used to have the option to delete and report a spam call but now I don't. I also see that the SMS/call reporting "none" option is enabled and I cannot turn it off. What happened to auto change that? and how do I disable it?
