authorization email no longer exists

I have things I bought on iTunes 20 years ago with an email account that hasn't existed in 10-15 years. Is there a way to authorize this material on a new computer?

If we understand, it sounds like you have two Apple ID's. Is that correct? If so, then you will need to regain access to that Apple ID to download your purchases on your new computer. If you changed your Apple ID, those purchases should still be associated with your account.
