Apple TV Autoplay next episode
How do I stop autoplay of the next episode (so if I fall asleep the episodes don’t keep playing).

Hey Itsmeshawna,
In order to prevent the next episodes from playing, remove them from the Up Next list. You can see how to remove items from Up Next by reviewing this article: Watch Now in the Apple TV app.
Once there, scroll to the section labeled "Remove an item from Up Next".
